There is so much excellent work in community being achieved across our LGA. However, most of us have little idea of what is going on where, which group has certain skills or resources, or, whether your group’s idea has been successfully implemented somewhere else.
So, why reinvent the wheel?
We can work several ways:
- If your organisation is running a training course on something topical to the broader community, chances are other organisations or individuals may benefit from that training as well.
- Alternatively, if you have a knowledge gap anywhere, if you reach out to Lyne Network, you may find what you’re looking for close to home.
- Maybe you are organising a community event that you would like to attract a wider audience; we are happy to spread the word.
- You also might be that special individual with unique skills, useful to getting projects up and going.
So, the bottom line is, get involved with a great bunch of people, all of whom are working together to build better communities.
